We’re done with the notetaking for Covenant’s first playtest adventure! Find out more below the fold.

Here’s what we want to talk about this week:

  • Covenant’s playtest adventure
  • How to become a playtester

PLAYTEST ADVENTURE

We have finished the first chapter of the playtest adventure, Welcome to Bitter Springs! This chapter will focus on the PCs being captured by slavers and (hopefully) making their escape. We think this will be enough for at least one playtesting session.

Welcome to Bitter Springs will have three chapters. The second will have the PCs returning home, then trying to find out where the slavers’ base is and recruiting people to help them assault it. The third will the final fight against the slavers. The more clues the PCs discover and the more help they get, the easier the fight will be.

We started the second chapter today and will continue writing it this weekend. We’ll give you an update on it next Friday.
